The RCC2500x2500-12 is a roller conveyor blast machine designed for automatic cleaning, de-rusting and preparation of large metal sheets, profiles and structural parts. Thanks to the twelve powerful ‘Eeco’ blasting turbines, this machine offers high throughput and consistent blasting results. The integrated abrasive transport and cleaning system ensures optimal separation of reusable abrasive and dust particles, leading to a more efficient process and minimal waste.
The workpieces are placed on the roller conveyor and automatically transported through the blast chamber. The turbines throw the abrasive onto the parts at high speed, resulting in uniform and deep cleaning. The spent abrasive is collected, cleaned and reused via an air washing system, while dust and fine particles are discharged through an integrated cartridge filter.
The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC control for precise process control and an adjustable conveying speed for optimal matching to different workpieces. Optional automatic abrasive refill and frequency-controlled turbines can be added for even greater control and efficiency. Thanks to robust construction and advanced filtration, maintenance remains minimal and operational reliability maximised.
